Friday April 4, 2008 Knox County Lincoln Day Dinner at Rothchild’s Catering, 8807 Kingston Pike. Our speaker this year will be Minority Republican Whip Congressman Roy Blunt of Missouri. Dinner starts at 6:00pm and the program starts at 7:00pm. Tickets are $30 and may be purchased from the Knox County Republican Office Holders or at the Knox GOP Office at 2606 Greenway Drive. Phone 689-4671. Make checks payable to Lincoln Day Dinner Committee.

Monday April 7, 2008 county charter amendment discussion at 6:30 p.m. in the West High School auditorium, 3326 Sutherland Ave., for the 4th District

Monday April 7, 2008 the Fountain City Club meetings will be at the Church of the Good Shepherd on Jacksboro Pike. The doors will open at 6:30 and the meeting will begin at 7:00p.m. The speaker for this month will be Law Director-Elect, Bill Lockett. All Republican are invited. Kim Isenberg is the President.

Tuesday April 8, 2008 the Knox County Young Republicans will meet at 6:30 p.m. at Green Hills Grille on Kingston Pike. Please arrive at 6:15 p.m. if you plan to eat. Ben Farmer is the Chair.

Tuesday April 8, 2008 the North Knoxville Republican Club will meet at 7:00pm in the old band room of Christenberry School. Tom Donaldson is the President.

Thursday March 12, 2008 The Concord-Farragut Republican Club will be meeting on at the Gondolier Italian Restaurant in Farragut. Dinner at 6:30 PM / Meeting at 7:30 PM. Our speaker for this month is: Judge Andrew Jackson VI. Judge Jackson will speak about his first months in court following last year’s election and local GOP affairs. He will also swear in 2008-2009 Concord Farragut Republican Club officers.

Monday March 17, 2008 the Volunteer Women’s Republican Club will meet at 12:00 Noon at Buddy’s Bar-B-Q Banquet Hall 5806 Kingston Pike. RSVP to Elizabeth Howell, 687-1696 by Thursday January 10.

Monday March 17, 2008 the Halls Republican club will meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Mandarin House on Maynardville Pike. Phil Ballard, Republican Candidate for Property Assessor will be the speaker this month. Wally Welch is the President.

Tuesday March 18, 2008 the Powell club will meet at 7:00 p.m. at the Rural Metro Community Center.

Saturday, Mar. 1 - 10:00 a.m. - Powell Community Library
Saturday, Mar. 1 - 2:00 p.m. - Corryton Community Senior Center
